When we booked our hotel, we already knew about this restaurant. It was very convenient for us. Everything was delicious. We ordered fried calamari and two bacon cheese burguers. The apple crisp with vanilla ice cream was amazing too. Definitely, we'll come back

We stopped for the night to stay at The Quality Inn in East Stroudsburg. Attached to the hotel was a diamond in the rough Bar and Grill called The Roasted Tomato. From the service, the food was absolutely delicious.

The place is a little rundown and a little outdated, but the food is absolutely stunning. The chef and waiter Ted were very friendly and provided excellent service. Total hidden gem! :)

We thoroughly enjoyed everything, from the small, but super fresh salad bar, including lovely pasta salads and 2 homemade soups. Then we shared crab stuffed shrimp like you'd only get oceanside, and a perfectly cooked and seasoned steak. This handsome chef is raising the bar here, and you really must check out this up and coming restaurant gem!
